Transfer of issued Certificates and Permits is a provision under the relevant subsidiary legislations:

The need for the transfer of a certificate or permit by an applicant occurs when the certificate/permit holder is desirous of transferring to another person/entity. The requisite form is completed by the applicant, which is submitted, along with the prescribed fee, reviewed by the EMA and upon completion of processing the EMA may either approve or refuse an application for transfer.
The Transfer Application Form includes the General Instructions for the completion of and submission of applications, as well the information required.
Application for Transfer Fee Information:
- All Fees are to be deposited, directly to the EMA Account #1183848, at any branch of the First Citizens Bank.
- Applicants must also ensure that the bank includes the name of the facility and “Transfer of CERTFICATE/PERMIT REFERENCE NUMBER” on the receipt. For example, John Doe Limited Transfer of CEC0000/2900.
