Ms. Antonia Lucky
Director
Ms. Antonia Lucky is a Senior Advisor, Learning and Development at Nutrien Global Inc. Her professional career spans 26 years serving in senior management roles for the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing industries and Consultancy Service providers.
She is a current Senior Part-time Lecturer for the M.Sc. Degree in Occupational, Environmental, Safety & Health at UWI St. Augustine, lecturing the courses Environmental Auditing, Risk Management, Environmental International Conventions, Disaster Risk Management and Leadership for the past 15 years. She served as a senior part-time lecturer at Arthur Lok Jack for 10 years where she lectured and developed course content for the MBA in Sustainable Energy. These MBA Courses included: Environmental Law and Strategies, Maritime Safety Law, EIA Energy and Climate Change, Certified Energy Manager and Leadership in Energy Industries.
Ms. Lucky has a BSc. and an MSc. Degree in Natural Resource Management from UWI, Mona, Jamaica, a Diploma in UK Law, Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH UK and US OSHA Certifications, certification as a Risk Management professional and as a Business Continuity Planner. Her areas of expertise lie in Risk Management, Health Safety & Environmental Compliance Management and Stewardship, International OESH Conventions, Leadership Culture Coaching, Team Building and Mentorship.
She is a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Emergency Mutual Aid Scheme (TTEMAS) based at Pt. Lisas Industrial Estate for the last 22 years and was the President of the organisation, serving a total of 8 years. She sat on several National HSE Committees and HSE Technical Boards and has presented technical papers on HSSE and Leadership at Conferences and Forums in the USA, Canada, Brazil and the Caribbean.
Antonia is very passionate about living a purpose driven life and partners several international and national academic and non-profit organizations.
