Ms. Damika Marshall

Ms. Marshall is an environmental practitioner in the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) with over 16 years of experience in environmental monitoring and assessment, environmental regulation and enforcement, and environmental policy development. She served on several national committees/taskforce related to environmental regulation of the oil and gas sector, environmental permitting and the development of laboratory and water quality standards for recreational environments.
Ms. Marshall made noteworthy technical and other contributions to the process that led to the designation of North East Tobago as a UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Reserve. At present, she serves as the Interim Manager of the Biosphere Reserve in North East Tobago and actively contributes to established regional and thematic networks in the Man and the Biosphere Programme.
Ms. Marshall holds an MSc. in Geographical Information Systems, specialising in Environmental Management from the University of Southampton and a BSc. (Double Major) in Geography and Environmental Management and Natural Resources Management from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine Campus).
