MEDIA RELEASE – EMA’s engagement to protect Sea Turtles

The National Sea Turtle Task Force (NSTTF), in collaboration with the Environmental
Management Authority (EMA), successfully hosted a workshop focused on enhancing the
capabilities of agencies responsible for monitoring and enforcing sea turtle conservation laws in Trinidad and Tobago. The event, which was held at the EMA’s North office on 8 Elizabeth Street, St. Clair, brought together stakeholders and enforcement personnel to discuss critical aspects of sea turtle protection.
